Directions:

I take high dose lutien for my eyes I have age related macular degeneration I find them good value, and fast delivery, I buy 6 months worth at a time. and pick them up when I go to the uk.

Hair Improvement

As a postscript to my comment on eye health improvement,I had a haircut today(June 28th) & asked my barber if he'd seen any difference to my hair over the past months,without any prompting he said it's got thicker so previous remarks here about improvement to hair health are correct.

December 2009 my optician saw signs of MD starting,he said Lutein was known to help keep eyes healthy,through 2010 I took 40mg(4 tablets)a day,December 2010 check he said there was no sign anymore of MD so the tablets worked for me,two tablets a day are recommended but I've seen 20mg tablets advertised to take two a day so 4 a day of these is safe.

This product is really good at helping to maintain your eye health, I am so please that I found Simply Supplements and the lutien at such a good price. The local shops offers it a least double the price for a lower strength. Will be ordering from you again when I next need supplements.

Not just for the eyes!

A friend told me she was recommended Lutein for her eyes so she tried it and it helped, but she also noticed her hair became thicker and stronger, she stopped taking it for a while and her hair went thinner, started again and her hair got thicker. She told me, so I have been taking Lutein and my hair has got thicker and stronger as has a few other friends since going on Lutein. Improved eyes and better conditioned hair makes this a must have product.

Excellent Product for Maintaining Eye Health

My optician recommend that I take Lutein for the general health of my eyes so I took him up on his advice, I could not believe the difference it made when I went back nor could he, my eyesight had improved dramatically. The Visualex Gold contains both Bilberry and Lutein, therefore you may find that particular product helpful. If you do have any concerns, we would always advise that you consult your GP.
