Directions:
Take one tablet daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Q:	I am confused between this product and the B complex. What I need is a vitamin A not beta carotene. Hypothyroid sufferers do not make beta carotene into vitamin A. I have a mutivit from the GP and advised to take it four times a week. I want multi to take on the other three days. It needs to have vit A or a good vit B complex to also get the folic acid.
