Often termed ‘The Miracle Mineral’, Selenium is an essential part of the enzymes which make up the body’s natural antioxidant defence system which works to ‘mop up’ excess cell damaging free radicals which can cause ageing and disease. Selenium 200mcg (200% RDA), Vitamin C 90mg 150% RDA, Vitamin E 30mg 300% RDA, Vitamin A 470mcg 58% RDA, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:

Take one to two tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed as by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken. Not to be taken with other vitamin A products. Not advised if you are pregnant or likely to be pregnant, except on doctors advice.

If you are taking any prescription medication, you have a medical condition or you have specific concerns about the suitability of any of our products in relation to these, you should always consult your GP or Pharmacist prior to taking supplements.
