Each tablets provides: Vitamin A 400mcg (50% RDA*) Vitamin C 30mg (37.5% RDA*) Vitamin D3 2.5mcg (50% RDA*).

Directions:

Suitable for children over 5yrs. Suck or chew one tablet daily as a food supplement or as directed as by a healthcare professional. Do not open if seal is broken. This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take with other Vitamin A products. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to be unless directed by your doctor.

Cautions:

If your child is taking any prescription medication, has a medical condition or you have specific concerns about the suitability of any of our products in relation to these, you should always consult your GP or Pharmacist prior to taking supplements. Pregnant or lactating women should consult a GP before taking supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Supplements should not be taken as a substitute for a varied diet. We run an Montessori School for children orphaned by AIDS from the ages 4-9 in Vipingo, Kenya.

Many of them hover just above starvation level and suffer very poor health. Feeding these 90 kids two meals a day and supplementing their diet with a Simply Supplement Children's Multivitamin pill every day the improvement in both their physical and mental health has been nothing short of miraculous.

I cannot recommend these tablets too highly and would urge all parents to give their child a 'One-a-Day' boost!

It has always been a struggle to get my children to have vitamins and minerals but then I saw this chewable version which I thought was very cheap indeed. My kids love the taste of them and it’s been a blessing.
