Directions:

    i take the a-z just as i boost to may diet and for more nutrients. i did call the customer serive line before placing this order as i wasnt sure which multivits to take and the advisor on the phone was very helpful.

    I have been looking for a general health multivitamin and mineral supplement for a while, I naturally headed to a local store to find one and was outraged by the prices they were charging for just 30 tablets.     Q: I am looking for an easy to swallow tablet / liquid complete multivitamin preparation. I have had gastric by-pass surgery & am unable to swallow the recommended Forceval tablets, but need something which matches the content. Can you advise please?

    Q: I note that you have started to include iodine in this formula. Do you plan to offer any multivitamins WITHOUT iodine?

    I have auto-immune Graves disease, and we are told to avoid iodine at all costs...

    Q: D3 comes from lanolin (sheep) or fish.
    Do you have a multi-vitamin which doesn't contain animal products?

    Obviously this is not suitable for vegans but are you sure it's even really suitable for vegetarians?

    Q: I am currently taking this supplement alongside ZMA capsules and am experiencing drowsiness/sleepyness. I have read that this could be due to too much vitamin b6 -> Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 3.98mg (284% RDA) seems to be a high dosage? What are the reasons for this?

    Q: Are these tablets chewable or do they have to be taken whole?

    We would not recommend chewing them as they really need to break up in your digestive system. If you find it difficult to swallow larger tablets, you can break the tablet up and mix in with something easier to eat, a yoghurt for instance.
