Directions:

    I along with my with my wife take the "High Strength 50 Plus" multi-vitamins since taking this product I can honestly say neither of us has suffered from either a cold or flu-type virus.  We shall continue to take this product alongside the Omega 3 fish oils and Glucosamine for the joints.   All products thus far purchased have been of a very high quality and superb price.

    Simply Supplement such a great range of products, there is so much to choose from. We were especially thrileld to see these 50 plus vitamins as they are made using the essential vitamins and minerals that the older generation need. There is always someone really friendly on the other end of phone when I call to place an order. The only negative is the delivery times, they take a week or so to arrive, but we really dont mind as we always order in advance

    Q: I am interested in buying your 50 Plus formula but am bothered about the size of the tablet as it isn't advertised as Easigest. Just saying "tablet" doesn't give any idea of size. Is it not possible to indicate same in your marketing details? This would bee so helpful.

     This product does not contain grapefruit. However, grapefruit is a source of Vitamin C and this product contains 60mg of Vitamin C.

    Q: Hi. I am 65 years old, I don't smoke or drink and don't eat red meat. I eat fish and chicken.I am unable to eat a lot of green veg as I do have IBS and avoid foods/sauces that cause me to have a bout. Do you think your 50 Plus Formula would be ok for me. I am 2 stone overweight and do not like much excercise. I am due to retire shortly and wonder if I should be taking any supplements. I take a very low dose of Prozac daily and am looking to come off this when I retire...I really am not sure what vitamins I should be taking. I have your brochure, but am somewhat bewildered by it all.
