Directions:
Take one to two tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not open if seal is broken. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Not recommended for use during pregnancy.

Thank you so much. I would normally take at least 4-8 paracetamol every day for my headaches. Since taking feverfew, I have had approximately 3 headaches in about 3-4 months. This is almost a miracle cure. Wonderful.

I suffered with really bad headaches for years, which eventualy turned into migraines. I would often be on paracetamol for weeks at a time to no effect. Since taking Feverfew, one a day, I very rarely get a headache, even during stress, and if I do feel one coming a paracetamol stops it in it's tracks which it didn't before.

Thank you very much. What a great natural product. My migraines have almost cleared up completely! i used to get at least a couple of banging headaches each week, but i only had one last month. Q:	can you take feverfew as soon as the migrane starts or do you have to take it prior to migrane. and does it then become a spplement you take regularly or as and when required?
A:	Fever few may be taken daily for migraine prevention. We recommend 1-2 tablets per day. As they are only for prevention purposes we advise that if you do suffer from migraines you can take the tablets on a daily basis.
