Ingredients:

Magnesium Oxide 100mg (27% RDA), Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid.

 

Directions:

Take two to four tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

    I take magnesium mainly for good bone health and more importantly for helping to prevent muscle cramps which I tend to experience when I'm in bed trying to sleep but they have definitely worked for me in this respect. It used to be pretty annoying for my wife when I would constantly be fidgeting around in bed but thankfully that no longer happens.

    Smaller Boxes Please!

    Why can't you make them so they go through the letterbox, I live just outside of Lincoln and nearly everytime I have to go into the town centre just to get them from the sorting office, I know another company make them letterbox size but they are not as cheap as you are. Please make them smaller as magnesium is important for me as use it as part of my diet.

    I use magnesium every day and have to say yours in much better than any other I have tried, the other shops sell them at a higher price and the strength of theirs is less than yours, it is very useful and am glad that I get them at such a low price.

    Q: If I start to take magnesium will it interact with my other medication 1)Omeprozole Plus 1) Glucosomine, chondroitin and calcium capsules, 2) omega 3 capsules. 3)Ginko bilobo.4) cranberry tablets, and 5) potassium citrate.
