There is a wealth of information out there regarding health and wellbeing, some of which is conflicting and it can be difficult knowing which supplements will be best for you. Through our three nutrition solutions, my NutriPack™ can offer a personalised service tailored for you to ensure you are getting the very best supplements to fit your lifestyle.

How do I know that I will get the right vitamins that my body requires?

We are the first company to offer three solutions for our customers in terms of the supplements they need. Our Free Consultation asks a few simple questions, and based on the results our expert nutritionists create a pack designed specifically for you to ensure you get the right vitamins needed to suit you. Our Choose You Pack options have been created by our nutritionists for specific health concerns so if you find one that fits, you can ensure all the vitamins are present in that pack to improve your condition. Finally, our build your own pack gives you the freedom to choose which supplements are right for you to address your lifestyle or health concerns.

Can I take my personalised pack if I am taking prescribed medication?

If you are taking any prescription medication, you have a medical condition or you have specific concerns about the suitability of any of our products in relation to these, you should always consult your GP or Pharmacist prior to taking supplements.

What is inside my pack?

Inside every pack you will find your personalised range of supplements. These supplements come in easy to understand and convenient packets, meaning that you never need to be without them. You will also find our 32 page booklet detailing more information about all the supplements we have available, as well as healthy and delicious recipes!

What is the maximum number of supplements I can select per pack?

You can select a minimum of 4 supplements per pack and a maximum of 6 supplements per pack.

How do I know that your supplements are high quality?

We pride ourselves on providing high quality supplements that are responsibly sourced, laboratory tested and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) approved meaning that when you purchase from my NutriPack™ you know that you are getting the very best quality assured products.

How long does delivery take?

All standard orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail using our free 2-3 day service. The majority of orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday should arrive with customers within 2-3 business days excluding the day of despatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Our one off order packs can be shipped internationally and our shipping prices to Europe and rest of the world are amongst the lowest available. Orders to the EU and the rest of the world are chargeable based on weight.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Your subscription is paid for by tokenisation with no contract meaning that you can cancel your subscription at any time and that your account details are 100% secure. my NutriPack™ send your card details to our provider who then authenticate your card with the bank and provide us with a token unique to your card. In this way if we ever need to bring up your details again, only your token is stored, not your card details for enhanced security. Your first month subscription is free therefore you would only need to pay for the second and future subscriptions.

When do I pay for my subscription?

Your pack will be despatched 5 days before the date you are due to receive them to ensure they get to you in plenty of time. As soon as the order is processed you will be charged on the order date and will not be able to amend your order for that month from that point on.

Can I make changes to my subscription?
