my NutriPack is part of the Simply Supplements family which, is a trading name for Pinnacle Health Limited, registered in Jersey (VAT Reg No: 202 3743 50). The terms below are in addition to the standard Simply Supplements Terms and Conditions, which can be found at http://www.simplysupplements.net/terms-and-conditions/ and relate specifically to my NutriPack. Where any condition below conflicts with the Simply Supplements Terms and Conditions, the Conditions specified below shall prevail in the case of a my NutriPack customer.

Free Consultation

In order to get the correct my NutriPack recommendation from our nutritionists, you must complete your free consultation form with accurate information.

The products recommended in my NutriPack are personalised to your needs based on the information given and must not be shared with anyone without consulting your local GP or our expert nutritionists.

The products recommended in my NutriPack are fixed and cannot be amended. Our nutritionists are confident that you have the right combination of my NutriPack products and will not need to alter any of the products in your personalised pack.
 

Choose Your Pack

All pre-packed products are recommended by our nutritionists based on specific health concerns and should only be used one pack at a time.

If you wish to order more than one pre-pack for someone else, you will still get first free month supply for each pack.

Build Your Own

Minimum of 4 products must be added to your my NutriPack Maximum of 6 products can be added to you my NutriPack. You can remove and replace the products in your pack before adding it to the basket. 

General Terms

Subscription

Each pack contains a 30 day supply and will be sent automatically every 4 weeks.

The first pack will be delivered using our standard free delivery service.

Subsequent packs will be charged at the full recommended retail price and will be dispatched 5 days in advance using our free standard delivery service.

You can subscribe from any of the three available options - Consultation, Choose Your Pack, or Build your own.

If you change address, you must update your address details in the relevant section of the website. Please ensure this is done in time to take effect before you move, so that your order is not posted to the wrong location.

Cancellation of Subscription Order

You can cancel your subscription any time. If you cancel after 25 days from receipt of your most recent subscription order, you will be charged the full recommended retail price of your order but you will not be charged for or receive any further packs.

All subscription orders are picked, packed, and despatched in plenty of time to ensure that you are never without your supplements.

Cancelling before your third order is despatched

Please be aware that you be will be charged for your first subscription order if you decide to cancel your subscription before a third pack has been despatched and will not be entitled to the first month's subscription order for free. 

To cancel your subscription let us know by emailing us at enquiries@mynutripack.co.uk or by calling our Customer Services Team on FREEPHONE 0800 520 0362.

Your subscription is paid for by tokenisation with no contract meaning that you can cancel your subscription at any time and that your account details are 100% secure. my NutriPack send your card details to our provider who then authenticate your card with the bank and provide us with a token unique to your card. In this way if we ever need to bring up your details again, only your token is stored, not your card details for enhanced security. 

Payment

Your first month's subscription is free therefore you would only need to pay for the second and future subscriptions.We will only charge your card upon despatch of your pack.

We are so confident that you will love our products that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you your money back with our 30 day no quibble promise. Prices

Prices of the products in my NutriPack are subject to change. Subscribers will be notified via email or post of any price increases minimum of 1 month in advance of the increase being implemented. If the subscription is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation terms, these price increases will automatically be applied to the next order dispatched after the date of the price increase implementation.

Availability

We reserve the right to replace an out of stock or discontinued product with the closest alternative product.

Delivery

UK orders

All orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail using our free 2-3 day service. The majority of orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday should arrive with customers within 2-3 business days excluding the day of despatch. On rare occasions, the delivery period may be 3 business days. Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays.

European and international orders

All international orders are delivered by the country's local post. Delivery period is between 5-10 working days. Please bear in mind that these delivery times are approximations and during busy periods delivery may be slightly longer.

Blisters

Your pack may contain blisters with 30 capsules in one strip or 15 capsules in one strip both of which will be good for a 30 day supply.

Caution

Our Products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease, nor is the information supplied my NutriPack or other promotional material intended to replace the individual advice available from your own doctor. If you have a recurring health problem that worries you, always tell your GP. If you are taking a prescription medicine, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking our products. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking our products and seek medical advice. Pregnant or lactating women should consult a GP before taking supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Appearance of products and packaging

The images used are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the products or packaging. 

Modification

We may modify these terms and conditions of use from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting on the site. By continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended.
